A Caesar or Greek salad is excellent, for example. Moreover, you need to know that your body requires plenty of liquids. The best options include unsweetened teas or vegetable soups. Stay away from foods with sugar, such as cookies or chocolate. Besides, keep in mind that you can extend this second phase over a longer period of time, depending on the ideal weight for you.
